End of Year Program

Tonight was the big night Reba has been excitedly preparing for...her end of the year program!
Enjoy the video I put together of the program (once again, the opening song may get a little loud)
After the program ended, and before they ran to get the juice and cookies, I was able to get a pic of Little Miss and her best friend, Calvin.
Reba also paused long enough for a photo with her teacher, Mrs. Gries
Can you believe she is off to Kindergarten in the fall?

Until next time...

Christmas Program

Tonight was Dallas' Christmas Program at school.  He was pretty excited about it this year, and had actually practiced the songs around the house a time or two!

I was able to get a picture of the kiddos in front of the tree before we left (you might be seeing this on a Christmas card in the near future!)
Each grade performed two songs, but I only videoed the 1st grade...I apologize for the shaky camera work, I had Reba on my lap.
Doug and I were very proud of Dallas for singing along and doing a few of the hand motions.
Dallas' class getting a group picture after the program ended
I didn't think I had got the above photo, so I tried to get one of him walking out.  He just happened to look over at the right moment!
Until next time...

Preschool Finale

Yesterday was Reba's last day of Preschool!  Momma had to take Dallas to a dentist appointment first thing in the morning, so Daddy got to take Reba to school for her last day.  She was super excited about that.

Last night was also Reba's End-of-the-Year Program.  She was so excited about getting to sing songs and dance for everyone.

St. Wendel Christmas Program

Tonight was Dallas' school Christmas program.  I have a few videos to share, but I want to apologize for the shaky quality.  Doug headed north this afternoon to attend a funeral for a dad of a friend, so I was holding Julianne in my arms and Reba was squirming on my leg!

The program was entitled "365 Days of Christmas".  Each grade represented a different part of the calendar year as to how we can show our love of Jesus and His birth all year long.  Dallas' class had Halloween, that's why they are dressed in Halloween costumes.

Dallas' PreK Program

I'm so glad I finally figured out how to upload my videos again because you are not going to want to miss this!

Doug and I were so incredibly proud of Dallas and his performance at his program this year.  You might remember last year, he barely sang and did not do a single movement.  What a difference a year makes!  Enjoy...(oh, and like last year - warning: the video is almost 10 minutes in length, and it get a little loud in the first song)

Here are a few pictures I was able to capture as well

This was after the kiddos had walked in and Dallas first spotted Daddy, Momma, and Reba.
Waiting for his other friends to get their animals for the song
Sitting still and waiting for his name to be called

Gotta get one with Momma too

Last Day of PreK

Today was Dallas' last day of PreK.  Here is my big guy before heading off to school...
and just for fun...remember his first day of PreK?
or how about his first day of Preschool?
Last night was Dallas' "End of Year" program.  You'll have to wait until next week to see those pictures!

Until next time...

Preschool Program

Last night was Dallas' end of year preschool program.  His teacher had told me that she was doing her best to encourage Dallas to participate, but was having a little trouble.  We all know how my little man is a bit shy in crowds...Anywho.  I put together this video from last night's performance.  I hope you enjoy it. (fair warning: it is almost 10 minutes long, and during the first song it gets a little loud)
The little girl in the blue flower sundress and yellow sweater was a hoot!  You can hear her many times above all the other kiddos :)

Here are a few photos from the evening as well...

A self-portrait before heading to the school
Waiting for the first song to begin
Looking through the books with his friends
Showing off his memory book and certificate
Of course, Little Miss had to have a picture as well
Until next time...enjoy your summer vacation!
