Sunny Days

A few weekends back (April 5-6), we spent pretty much every waking minute outside.  It was the first really nice weekend of spring, and we made the most of it.  I started the weekend by hanging some loads of laundry out to dry.

Then, we opened the garage doors to get some fresh air on the baby chicks (and maybe air out the garage too)

On Sunday, Reba came in the house for something, but she didn't come back out.  This is how I found her...

The fresh air did us all some good!

Before everyone had a turn with the stomach flu bug, we enjoy an afternoon "Picnic on the Patio"

During one of the recent rainy days, the kiddos were excited to be able to use the new umbrellas from Aunt Katie while we ran errands in town

The kiddos love to help with laundry (especially matching socks).  I caught Dallas with a pair of Daddy's socks on his feet and hands, while dancing in my bedroom!

Aunt Lisa calls her "Turkey", but one day at t-ball practice, she was definitely a Monkey!

Another Mother's Day Present

The week before Mother's Day, my men were hard at work building me a present...

A wonderful new clothes line!!!

I have been missing my old one ever since we left Iowa, and let me tell you...I'm loving having the real outdoor/fresh air scent on my clothes, bed sheets, and towels.  Missy, I know you share in my enthusiasm!

We cemented the poles in the ground; therefore, we had to imprint the kiddos hands!
