Never Forget

My dad has a sign that reads, "A boy will never forget the first girl he kissed, or the first tractor he ever drove."

It's still a little early for the kissing part, but I'm pretty sure my kiddos will always remember their tractor rides.

And here's one to help Julianne remember her first tractor ride!

Bergman Christmas

Today we opened presents with Pa, Gram and Aunt Josie.  They arrived last night, ahead of the snow storm (more on that in another post)!

The kiddos patiently waiting to open presents (yes, we were in the basement - the upstairs was still occupied by the presents the kiddos got from us!)

Anytime Reba was asked what she wanted for her birthday or Christmas, her reply was always the same, "a pink backhoe"...do you think she was excited?

Like Father, Like Son

While Ma-maw and Pa-paw were visiting, Pa-paw helped Daddy change the wheels and tires on the Allis-Chalmers

Once the AC was completed, Dallas decided he needed to change the wheels and tires on his Oliver...so up on blocks it went (just like Daddy had the AC)

While up north last weekend, Doug attended an auction with his parents.  I learned that you just never know what you will walk away with from auction...

For example - a new (to us) tractor and bushhog!

Reba also loved riding around with Pa

Now, we have to work on getting two tractors down to Evansville!
