Dallas has started a new sport at school...wrestling! Tonight was his first practice. Doug was able to capture this picture of him in his head gear and trying on shoes. Doug was able to sit and watch practice tonight, but from now on parents are not allowed at practice. Dallas is wrestling as part of the Mater Dei Feeder League. All the catholic schools that "feed into" Mater Dei High School are part of the league. The league starts at preschool age and continues through 8th grade; therefore, Dallas is a "little old" to just be starting, but I'm sure he will catch on quickly.
Let's hope this goes well, that he enjoys it, and he doesn't come home with a dislocated shoulder or something!
Until next time...we have a lot to learn about wrestling!

Cuddle Bugs
I love it when the kids snuggle up with me. Reba is typically the first one to cuddle, and I have always called her my cuddle bug. Dallas will occasionally sit with me, but he doesn't stay too long (he doesn't have much of a "sittin' butt"). And, well, Julianne...she has never been one to want to be held, let alone cuddle! So, I was pretty excited when she came to join Little Miss and I during one of our snuggles!
Then, someone thought he needed to "photo bomb" us...where does he learn these things?Until next time...

Custom Work
Doug enjoys painting and customizing his tractors during the winter months. And since Daddy enjoys it, so does Dallas! The little guy is becoming quite good at it too.
He received a 1206 with a bush hog for Christmas, and he wasn't happy with the wheel color on the bush hog...nor was he happy with the wheel centers on the tractor.
Until next time...

Builders
While recently cleaning Dallas and Reba's room, I pulled out the crate with the big lego blocks in it. I thought Julianne would enjoy them. Not only does she enjoy them, but Dallas and Reba are loving them again!
P.S. Check out Sugar's pigtails...Until next time...

Yummy Spaghetti
First off...Happy New Year! Here's wishing that you have had a wonderful start to 2015, and may God shower you with health, happiness, and healing throughout the year.
We had spaghetti tonight for supper, and here are the obligatory baby first meal on her own pictures! I think she liked it :)
Until next time...
