Last weekend, while Pa, Gram and Aunt Josie were visiting, they also brought along goodie bags for Halloween. Included was a craft project that Little Miss couldn't wait to get started on...
Dallas also made a turkey the next morning but I didn't get any pictures of him working on it.
The kiddos really enjoy helping with the chickens. We occasionally have one or two of them get out of the fencing, so on this particular day, Reba decided to bring the hen back to the pen...
A few days later, Dallas and Reba got in the pen with all the girls...
Over the weekend, Pa, Gram, and Aunt Josie came down for a visit, so we headed on over to Boonville for the fall tractor show.
We saw this tractor come in on a trailer, and we weren't sure why it styled/shaped like it was. We later saw them driving around the grounds with a little fellow swinging away!
We then found these young Brahman (?) calves
and some other kind of cattle
Then, Dallas did a little corn shelling
As we were walking through the flea market, the kiddos really thought they needed this
Lastly, we saw 'Mater in the parade!
Overall, we had a great time, and the weather was fantastic!
I bet you were expecting to see Dallas! Reba enjoyed her 1st pedal pull experience at the Booneville Boonville (my apologies Carla) Tractor Show this past weekend. She placed 4th (last), but in all fairness, she was in the "4 and under group"
Oh, yea, Dallas pulled too (same group as Little Miss)...
