We decided that one cannot visit Wisconsin on vacation, and not visit a local brewery! The brewery we chose to tour was called Capital Brewery.
Like I mentioned in the previous post, we got stuck in a traffic jam; therefore, we were late arriving for our scheduled tour. Luckily, we weren't the only ones that were late, so they split our group into 2 and were able to fit us both in without getting too far behind schedule. This also gave us time to enjoy the Bier Garten, sampling and some live music before the tour.

Inside the brewery...
Not a great picture, but this is the brewery's new keg filler. With this new machince they are now able to fill a keg a minute with one operator versus one keg every 10 minutes with 3-5 operators!
These doors were from the original Bier Garten but had to be taken down because something to do with the fire code - they are still trying to figure out the best way to still use/display them.
Dallas enjoyed entertaining himself after the tour by running up and down the ramp! Silly kid had some energy that needed to be released - needless to say, he crashed once we got back in the van to head back to the Dells!
Until next time...
