Pump It Up!

The kiddos and I were invited by my blogging friend, Carla, to attend a Mommies & Munchkins outing for today.  We "jumped" at the opportunity to go!  The outing was being held at Pump It Up (the inflatable party zone) in Evansville.  Dallas had a blast, as did Reba - but she was just a little too small for all the inflatables.  Enjoy the pictures.
Dallas spied the little cars as soon as we walked in!  I think he misses the one at the house in Iowa...
They did have this toddler play house/slide which Reba enjoyed...

The fun day out ended at 12:30, enough time to get back to the apartment, eat lunch, and settle in for naps!

Until next time...

I'm Lovin' It

Yes, we have been spending a few evenings at the local McDonald's lately.  We can't help it.  They have a great playland that both kids love, and you can get a $1 drink and not feel guilty about getting some energy out of two toddlers!

We did eat supper there one night...I think Reba was a little concerned about what the McNuggets were doing to her waistline...
The kids also love that Momma and Daddy can climb and play too!
Dallas had an outstanding day using the potty, so we celebrated with a $1 ice cream cone...
and drink...
She is definitely Doug's daughter...already going for the coffee!*
Until next time...

*The coffee cup is actually empty...Daddy drank it all before she got to it :o)

Trains, Trains, and More Trains

We have been building lots of train tracks lately.  Here are a few of the designs...I keep trying to change it up!

Unfortunately, there always seems to be an "earthquake" and the tracks end up like this...

Bubble Bath

I think this might have been one of Reba's first bubble baths!
They loved it when I would blow the bubbles into the air...

Christmas Stockings

Again, I know these pictures are a little past due, but I came across them and decided they needed to be posted.  Enjoy!

Dallas getting a little help from Pa-paw with his stocking
Reach way down in there...
Aunt Lisa helped Reba with her stocking...
Wait...I think there's more!
The kiddos also got these adorable Santa slippers (please excuse the half-naked-ness)

Fun Friday Fotos

These are a couple weeks old, but still fun to share!

Reba got this Monkey pillow/sleeping bag as a Christmas gift.  She just loves to hug on it and snuggle with it.
One evening we ate at Frisch's...Dallas loved the Big Boy!
Have I ever mentioned I have silly kiddos...

Pa-paw's Baby Lamb

While spending a few extra days at my parent's after the new year, they had a ewe that didn't take the baby; therefore, it came in the house to get bottles!  Dallas loved to help out and pet the baby lamb.  Reba wasn't quite as sure, but she did like petting it a time or two.

Robertson Christmas

We were able to celebrate Christmas with my family on the 1st of Jan.  For some odd reason, I wasn't as good with the camera that afternoon.  Maybe it had something to do with a feverish little girl in my lap most of the time.  Here are a few of the best shots from opening gifts.

Dallas got a new Dallas (Clark) Jersey!
Dallas thought Aunt Katie needed a matching bow in her hair...
Here's Dallas showing off his new boots from Aunt Lisa...
As I said, Reba was in my lap most of the time (she wasn't feeling too well that day - slight fever and runny nose), but she did eventually venture over to the pile of paper and boxes.  Every child's favorite gift!
Here's one funny video I was able to capture.  Dallas just couldn't decide what to do...

All in all we were very blessed and spoiled by our family.  I just don't know where all these new toys are going to go!?!?

Keep saying your prayers that our house in Iowa will sell quickly - we need them.
Until next time...
