It may look like an apple pie, it may taste like an apple pie, but it is not an apple pie...It is a zucchini pie! And it was delicious - especially with a little ice cream on the side!

A Delicious Dessert!
I had a busy afternoon today...I made two pies while Dallas took a nap! We cut into one of them tonight, and I have the other one in the freezer for a later date and time.
Any guess as to what kind of pie I made?
It may look like an apple pie, it may taste like an apple pie, but it is not an apple pie...
It is a zucchini pie! And it was delicious - especially with a little ice cream on the side!

I guessed right! but of course I have already tasted your zucchini pie. It was delicious. but at the time, I thought it was apple. What a beautiful Pie!!!So one is in the freezer. Thats nice to know. I will remember that.
