Who remembers doing the Book-It program in elementary school? Yep, Doug and I have our hands in the air, too. Dallas' class started turning in their "reports" at the beginning of October. He has to complete 4 reports in the month in order to earn a personal pan pizza from Pizza Hut. We are pleased to announce that he met the goal; so last week, we headed out for pizza!

Colton is doing this too. Did they send home with you the fact sheet about Book it? I couldn't believe how long the program had been around! Definitely a great program, and incentive!
Do they still have the pins you get to wear and put the star stickers on each time you reach a goal?
I had never heard of it until Ciara brought it home from school. We just have to read for a few minutes (we chose 20) 5 nights a week and mark it on her chart. She turned in her sheet last week and received her coupon. We were going to go over the weekend, but Ciara wasn't feeling well. Way to go Dallas!
How fun! I wish Eli was doing it. I would live an excuse to get Pizza Hut!
