Painting

While in Dyersville for the National Farm Toy Show, Doug and I found this great paint set for Dallas.  Doug at the time had started customizing some tractors for his own collection, and Dallas was becoming very interested and wanted to help.  The paint set included a wooden tractor and wagon, as well as decals.  Needless to say, Dallas wanted to start painting right away!

So, one afternoon, I took Reba and went shopping, and Daddy and Dallas worked on painting...

Dallas picked to start on the wagon.  Doug gave him a few instructions on how to paint and to take his time, then it was all Dallas from there...
You know he's concentrating...the tongue is sticking out!

The next day, he started on the tractor

He didn't get near as far because he was a little too distracted by Little Miss who wanted to start on the paint set she got.  A (much simpler) flat lawn tractor.
I will update you once again when more progress has been made...

Until next time...
