Last year, we planted 10 rhubarb plants in our garden, and this year we were lucky enough to have 8 of them come back! And, boy, oh boy, are they doing great!

After another decent rain and few sunny warm days, Doug decided it would be safe to "lightly" pick off the plants. The kiddos enjoyed helping carry the stalks and even taste-tested for us...Once it was all washed and cut, I put enough for two pies in the freezer! Good thing we picked "lightly"

I am so jealous of your green thumb! (I killed tulips and hostas when we still lived in Royal!)
