Congratulations Cody!

On Monday, Doug and I headed to Indianapolis to be a part of Cody's Confirmation at SS. Peter and Paul Cathedral. 

Cody is Doug's godson, and Cody also asked Doug to be his Confirmation sponsor.  It was a very beautiful Mass celebrating nearly 120 young people being Confirmed.  Doug and Cody were able to meet the Auxiliary Bishop and get their picture taken with him before the Mass started.  Then, they got to sit in the front row.  I sat with the rest of the group about half way back, so I wasn't able to get a good picture during the laying on of hands and the sealing.

Congratulations again Cody!  We are so very proud of you.

The kiddos stayed with my parents - the Mass didn't start until 7 p.m. and we didn't think they would be very pleasant to be around :o)
