Snowed In...

What do you do on a day when you are snowed in?

Play dress up and take pictures...of course!

As far as the snow...Here is what the truck looked like this morning after over 7 inches of snow through the night.

Now, the wind has picked up and the truck is no longer covered because the snow has moved elsewhere. Doug came home for lunch and decided it was best not to go back to town. The roads were already beginning to drift shut. He knew he would be able to get back to work, but he was pretty sure he wouldn't be able to get back home at the end of the day. The kids and I aren't complaining...we love having him around! Dallas loved being able to watch Thomas and Friends with his daddy today.

I thought this was pretty cool.

It just proves that the wind did not blow through the night as the snow was coming down. Once the wind picked up around 10 this morning, it was quickly blown off.
