Every once in a we ju...Missy, No it is not common. Every once in a we just have one that does not take their babies. This babie's mommy is a first time mother and she just didn't act very motherly. Some times it is because they have very little or no milk for their lambs. We just try to give the lambs a shot at making it in the world. As far as the lamb staying warm, she has two heat lamps in her pen to keep her nice and toasty!! I hope this helps!!<br /><br />The pictures you have Rajean are really cute!!
