This past week the kiddos have spent their spring break at Gram and Pa's house. Gram sent some pictures of their fun...Enjoy!
I'm wondering if Gram was serious about not returning the kiddos? Or maybe they're just helping Aunt Josie load her car...
The kiddos love the sand table - I bet they're going to be excited to see what my big project was this week while they were gone (pictures and reveal in another post to come)
Enjoying a ride on Pa's tractor
They went to the stone quarry one day to get landscaping rock...needless to say, the kiddos loved watching the equipment at work!
They ventured out to a local mall's play area one day...looks like fun by all!
I love how they're going down on their tummies - together :)
Until next time...

Bath Time
For the Oliver that is! You might remember how dirty the Ollie got when I sprayed it with mud while trying to start it
Good thing Daddy had some good helpers!
Little Miss just loved playing in the water bucket
All cleaned up! (yes, somehow the kiddos lost their pants in the process)

Fun Friday Fotos
Over the weekend, we attended my cousin Megan's wedding! Congratulations to Tim and Megan, and may God bless your marriage.
Now for some photos of the fun-filled evening!
Aunt Katie and Reba before the ceremony
The Robertson Girl Cousins! (L-R: Lisa, Rajean, Megan, Katie, and Kathleen)
Reba and her cousin, Grace, who was a flower girl in the wedding
Exchanging of their vows
The new Mr & Mrs Burdine!
Dallas playing with his cousin, Vivian, along with Aunt Katie
Then, Reba had to give some lovin' to Vivian
Blowing bubbles while waiting for the bride and groom to leave the church
One of my dad's cousins loves to spoil the little kiddos...he bought them ice cream and suckers for being good during the ceremony - Dallas loved the suckers!

Thursday Tails
I haven't updated on the baby chickens lately. They are doing well, and have changed so much in the couple of weeks that we have had them. The kiddos still love them (I will catch them in the pen every couple of days)
Enjoy some pictures...

I think we need to find a new pen before they take over the entire garage!

1st Trip to the Dentist
The kiddos had their very first dental check up today! Overall, they did OK and had clean check-ups.
Reba brought Lucy along (Lucy had a good check-up too)
This was the only way Reba let the dentist see her teeth (with the dental cam)
Dallas was big and brave and let the hygienist clean his teeth!

Yard Work
This past week, we had a lot going on around our house! It started with the road safety crew stopping by to put up caution barrels and construction signs...
On Tuesday, after dropping Dallas off at preschool, I came home to find this backhoe already at work!
You may remember that there is an auto mechanic shop being built on the lot beside our house. They offered to level out the ditch that runs in front of our house to make a cleaner appearance for the entrance to their shop. We loved the idea because the ditch was a bear to mow in the summertime. We had talked about how nice it would be to level it off, so when our "neighbors" offered to do it - needless to say, we did not refuse!
Dallas loved watching the backhoe work once he got home from preschool
Reba loved watching the bobcat work
One of the workers laying one of the multiple tiles in the ditch
It was such a nice day, that we had lunch outside (plus, the kiddos could still see the workers)
On Wednesday, we had a cement truck pour some concrete (I'm not sure what for exactly, but it was fun for the kiddos to watch)

Here's the final product of their week of work! They still need to come back and finish smoothing/leveling the dirt so they can seed it.

Fun Friday Foto
The other day while driving through Evansville, we passed this construction site...
Daddy said, "I wonder what they are building there."
Dallas replied, "I bet it's a dog house for Clifford the Big Red Dog!"
Daddy, "I bet you're right, Buddy."
Have a great weekend!

Dallas' Birthday Party
Thank you to all of our family who made the trip down to help celebrate Dallas' 4th birthday. He is truly a very loved and bless little guy. I made a video out of the photos my sister, Lisa, took from the party. Enjoy!
*for those of you that see my posts via the blogger dashboard, yes...I am a year late in posting this! I realized it when I was putting together the "Monday Memories" post for Dallas' 5th birthday :) Please forgive me.

Like Father, Like Son
While Ma-maw and Pa-paw were visiting, Pa-paw helped Daddy change the wheels and tires on the Allis-Chalmers
Once the AC was completed, Dallas decided he needed to change the wheels and tires on his Oliver...so up on blocks it went (just like Daddy had the AC)
